Before confirming your withdrawal, please note that:
- Return shipping costs remain entirely at your expense.
- Bulky products (roof tents, awnings, annexes, roof racks and camping equipment) may incur significant return shipping costs.
- The original packaging must be kept and returned with the product. If the original packaging is missing, destroyed or significantly damaged, a depreciation of up to 15 % of the product price may be applied.
- Any use of the product beyond simply checking its nature, characteristics and functioning (travel, holidays, camping, bivouac, outdoor use, etc.) may result in a significant depreciation of the refund.
- The product must be returned complete, with all its accessories, manuals and original fixing parts.
- The customer remains responsible for the goods until they are actually received at our warehouse. Any loss or damage occurring during return transport remains at their expense.
- Any refund is issued only after receipt, full inspection and validation of the returned goods. Any depreciation noted (packaging, missing accessories, signs of assembly, use, damage or loss of value of the product) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
