Spare tire support for NISSAN PATROL Y61 with lift handle option, dedicated to the F4x4 bumper. The mounting structure is made of sheet metal 4 mm thick. The product is first laser cut, then folded on a press brake. The correct shape is obtained by manual finishing. The next step is corrosion protection consisting of galvanizing and powder coating that gives the final appearance to the fastener. The wheel assembly relieves the rear door and is useful when the car has large diameter wheels.
