The product is first laser cut, then folded on a numerically controlled press brake. The correct shape is obtained by manual finishing. The next step is the corrosion protection, which consists of a galvanizing and a powder coating that gives the bumper a final appearance. This bumper has mounting holes for the grips, two holes for high lift and two holes for halogen lamps. The solid steel construction allows full operation of the bumper on the ground.
