Front bumper with winch plate without stabilizer bar, dedicated to NISSAN PATROL Y60. The main construction of the bumper consists of 4 mm thick sheet metal, and the plate for winch and frame fasteners 5 mm thick. The product is first laser cut, then folded on a numerically controlled press brake. The correct shape is obtained by manual finishing. The next step is the corrosion protection, which consists of a galvanizing and a powder coating that gives the bumper a final appearance.
This bumper has mounting holes for the grips and two holes for lifting. The solid steel construction allows full operation of the bumper on the ground.
The bumper significantly improves the comfort of off-road driving, allows for practical use of the winch, improves safety and gives the car its appropriate character.
The set does not include the grips, the bumper may differ from some features of the bumper shown in the picture.
