Tundra awning to be fixed to the rail of the Tundra roof tent model from May 2024. Supplied with 4 telescopic support poles and 1 telescopic tensioning bar.
Availability date:
Structure held in place by tensioned ropes and ground pegs. Each corner of the tarpaulin is fitted with an adjustable strap to secure the ends of the tarpaulin either to the ground or to the telescopic support poles or other parts of your vehicle. Fitting your Tundra awning will depend on the height of the fixing rail and the initial height of your vehicle.
The height of the awning varies according to the height of your vehicle. Maximum overall height from the rail of the Tundra roof awning to the ground is approximately 2.70 m.
On our 4x4 Toyota Land Cruiser presentation: height from rail to ground 3 m. The sides closest to the vehicle are 30 cm from the ground, so they have been fixed to the ground with ropes that extend the tie-down straps and spread the sides slightly to ensure a good tilt in the event of rain.
If you have a Suv-type vehicle, the sides of the awning will be on the ground and can be fixed with a sardine peg from the corner straps.
This awning cannot be fitted to Tundra models before May 2024 because these roof tents are not fitted with the rail fixed to the roof tent shell.
This awning provides shelter from the sun, rain, cold, etc. It is not an annex with a floor.
This awning cannot be used in strong winds.
