TOYOTA J100 30L Jerrican Door

30L jerrycan attachment to the TOYOTA J100 car dedicated to the F4x4 bumper. The mounting structure is made of sheet metal 4 mm thick. The product is first laser cut, then folded on a press brake. The correct shape is obtained by manual finishing. The next step is corrosion protection consisting of galvanizing and powder coating that gives the final appearance to the fastener.
