The front bumper with plate for the winch is dedicated to the car TOYOTA LAND CRUISER HZJ 78. The main structure of the bumper is made of 4mm thick sheet, and the plate for the winch and fastenings to the frame from 5mm thick sheet. The product is first cut by laser, then bent on a CNC press brake, and the right shape is obtained by manual finishing. The next stage is corrosion protection consisting of galvanizing and powder coating which gives the bumper a final look.

This bumper has mounting holes for shackle handles, two holes for the hi-lift and holes for halogen lamps and turn signals. The solid steel construction allows full operation of the bumper in the field.
