Spare wheel holder for TOYOTA HZJ71 99-07 car dedicated to the F4x4 bumper. The mounting structure is made of 4mm thick sheet metal. The product is first cut by laser, then bent on a press brake, and the right shape is obtained by manual finishing. The next stage is corrosion protection consisting of galvanizing and powder coating which gives the final appearance to the fixing. Mounting the wheel relieves the rear door and is useful when the car has large diameter wheels. Thanks to the solid construction, the mount does not transfer vibrations and sounds to the center of the car.
