The main construction of the bumper consists of 4 mm thick sheet metal, and the plate for winch and frame fasteners 5 mm thick. The product is first laser cut, then folded on a numerically controlled press brake. The correct shape is obtained by manual finishing. The next step is the corrosion protection, which consists of a galvanizing and a powder coating that gives the bumper a final appearance. This bumper has mounting holes for the grips, two holes for high lift and two holes for halogen lamps. The solid steel construction allows complete bumper operation in the field.
