Rear bumper for version toyota HILUX 11-15

Rear bumper dedicated to the car TOYOTA HILUX 11-15. The main construction of the bumper is made of 4mm thick sheet metal, and the frame fasteners are made of 5mm thick sheet metal. The product is first cut by laser, then bent on a CNC press brake, and the right shape is obtained by manual finishing. The next stage is corrosion protection consisting of galvanizing and powder coating which gives the bumper a final look.

This bumper has mounting holes for shackle handles, two holes for hi-lift and holes for possible mounting of the wheel and canister attachment. The solid steel construction allows full operation of the bumper in the field.

The bumper improves the comfort of off-road driving, improves safety and also gives the car the right character.
